ORDER PROCESSING:
All packages are shipped as soon as possible, which in most cases is next day if the order is received by 3:00pm CST.
If your item is on backorder, we will update you on ETA as soon as we have accurate information.
RUSH ORDERS:
For U.S. customers in a severe rush for an order, USPS EXPRESS Mail is available. This service is guaranteed to arrive in 1 to 2 business days, depending on location. Please contact us for rush orders and shipping costs.
SHIPPING – DOMESTIC:
We will always ship packages via the least expensive Priority Mail method in order to save customers money on shipping charges. It is impossible for our system to perfectly determine how many products can be packed into a box. When we ship your order if we can pack it into a smaller box than anticipated we will do so and refund any shipping overcharges.

Small Flat Rate Box (8 11⁄16″ x 5 7⁄16″ x 1 3⁄4″), up to 70 lbs.
Medium Flat Rate Box (11 1⁄4″ x 8 3⁄4″ x 6″ x 3 3/8”, or 14″ x 12″ x 3 1⁄2″), up to 70 lbs.
Large Flat Rate Box (24 1/16″ x 11 7/8″ x 3 1/8″, or 12 1⁄4″ x 12 1⁄4″ x 6″), up to 70 lbs.
SHIPPING – CANADA:
*Expected Delivery Date is 6-10 Business Days. However, in rare cases, customs can hold packages as long as they’d like to. If your package isn’t received within 60 days, please contact us for further instruction.

SHIPPING – INTERNATIONAL:
Since most of our products come from outside of the US, in most cases there are better options for international customers than shopping with us.

For high value orders that exceed USPS standard insurance coverage, insurance will be added to your shipping rate automatically.
